Dr. Ravi Garg has been in the field of Orthopedics & Arthroplasty since 20 years. His areas of specialization include Arthroplasty(Joint Replacement Surgery) , Spine Surgery , Minimally Invasive & Complex Trauma Surgery .He is the Director and Head of Joint Replacement/ Orthopedic unit at “Abha Super speciality Hospital & Garg Ortho and Gynae Centre (Clinic)” in Kanpur.

He is also working as a “Consultant Arthoplasty & Orthopedic Surgeon” at various hospitals like Madhuraj Hospital , Chandani Hospital , Apoollo Spectra Hospital & Kulwanti Hospital in Kanpur . Along with all , he is also working as “ Associate Professor “in Department of Orthopaedics at G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur coz of his Academic interest.

He qualified his MBBS from GSVM Medical college, Kanpur in 1997, after that he did his post graduation MS – Orthopedics from G.S.V.M. Medical college, Kanpur in 2001, received Gold medal in his post graduation , followed by Senior residency in same institute .
After Completed his post graduation he attended various national & international courses & fellowships in the field of Arthoplasty & Trauma .. like national arthoplasty course of “Johnson & Jhohnson on Joint Replacement surgery “ frm Mumbai , Ganga arthoplasty course from Coimbatore and then prestigious “International AO Trauma & Arthoplasty fellowship from Dresden, Germany “in 2015 .
Currently he is also working as “Secretary of Kanpur Orthopedic Association fr last 3 years & Executive member of UP Orthopedic Association” .
Apart from Academics & profession , he is also very fond of sports & YOGA . He is doing daily physical activities like playing regularly badminton & doing yoga and gym .
